Born in January 1968 in Asahikawa, Hokkaido. Ochanomizu University High School School of Fine Arts, University of Tokyo College of Arts and Sciences and Faculty of Education. Dropped out of the doctoral program at the Graduate School of Education, University of Tokyo. Registered as a lawyer in 2000 (Daini Tokyo Bar Association). Registration changed to Niigata Bar Association in 2019
〇 Served as co-representative of the Lawyers' Group against Women's Discrimination in Medical School Entrance Examinations, Secretary General of the 1st Married Couple Separate Name Litigation Lawyers' Group, Vice President of the 2nd Married Couple Separate Name Litigation Lawyers' Group, a contracted lawyer at a child guidance center, a contracted lawyer at the Japan Legal Support Center, etc.
