Real name: Noriko Ogawa
Born in Miyagi Prefecture in 1974. Sendai City Iwakiri Elementary School, Iwakiri Junior High School, and Miyagi Prefecture Second Girls' High School (currently Miyagi Prefecture Sendai Nika High School). Joined FM Sendai in 1998, Miyagi University of Education, Faculty of Education, elementary school teacher training course (majoring in educational psychology). Since then, he has been involved in general personality and radio program production for about 20 years. After the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011, he obtained a qualification as a disaster prevention specialist, and has been in charge of FM Sendai's Great East Japan Earthquake recovery support project and the planning and production of the "Saba Meshi Disaster Prevention Handbook," which tackles disaster prevention from emergency food. In the 2019 House of Councilors election, he ran as a candidate from the Miyagi district and was elected. Re-elected from the same district in 2025
