〇Acquired brewing knowledge and techniques at the National Tax Agency Brewing Research Institute. In 2000, he became the representative director of Miyamoto Sake Brewery Co., Ltd., and also serves as the sake brewer.
〇 Served as Chairman of the Ishikawa Prefecture Chamber of Commerce and Industry Youth Division in 2007, Chairman of the National Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry's Youth Division in 2009, Director of the Small Business Support Strengthening Headquarters of the National Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry in 2012, and Chairman of the Grassroots Committee of the Small Business Future Council of the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency.
〇 Selected as the head of the House of Councilors election in 2013 as a proportional representative, and as the second candidate in 2019. Served as a political official of the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, chief director of the Economic and Industry Committee of the Japan Council of Ministers, and acting chairman of the Economic and Industry Division of the Liberal Democratic Party.
〇In the 2020 Sansanin by-election, the seat was changed to Ishikawa Prefecture's selected ward.
