Born on October 27, 1976 in Shizuoka Prefecture. Lives in Nagoya City. Completed the master's program at the Graduate School of Economics, Nagoya University. Master of Economics (Nagoya University). Founder of Nippon Domaka Festival (commonly known as Domatsuri). After serving as representative director of the Nippon Dochu Matsuri Cultural Foundation, a public interest incorporated foundation, he was appointed as a special advisor. Former member of the Nagoya City Board of Education. While attending university, he came up with the idea of holding the "Nippon Do Chuo Festival" and founded it in 1999. Since then, he has served as executive director for 26 years. Adhering to the philosophy of ``all participation,'' it has developed into one of Japan's leading tourist attractions, attracting more than 2 million visitors and generating an economic ripple effect of 39.5 billion yen (Nihon Keizai Shimbun). In 2020, he ran as a candidate for the 27th regular election for the House of Councilors from Aichi Prefecture's Selection Ward, advocating "politics with everyone's participation."
