Born on April 25, 1962 in Kikugawa City, Shizuoka Prefecture 〇After working at Shizuoka Prefectural Kakegawa Nishi High School, he worked at the Department of Political Science and the School of International Studies at Otabain University in Ohio, USA. During his studies, he studied abroad at Tel Aviv University in Israel for one year. Studied abroad for two years at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel 〇After serving as a member of the Kikugawa Town Assembly, he was elected as a member of the House of Councilors in the 19th election in 2001.
