Born on November 25, 1971 in Nayoro City, Hokkaido. After attending Hokkaido Nayoro High School, he graduated from the Department of Agricultural Economics at Takushoku University Hokkaido Junior College in 1992 and began farming. After serving as Director of Hokkaido Nayoro Agricultural Cooperative Association in April 2009, and Managing Director and Managing Director in 2015, he was appointed as Representative Director and Chairman of the Association in 2017. Since then, he has served as a director of the Hokkaido Welfare Agricultural Cooperative Federation and an auditor of the Kamikawa Production Agricultural Cooperative Federation, before becoming the representative auditor of the Hokuren Agricultural Cooperative Federation in June 2020. Elected in the 27th House of Councilors regular election in 2020
