〇In April 1994, "Self-Reliance Station Tsubasa" was established (Tama City, Tokyo). He became disabled when he was 8 months old and spent most of his childhood growing up in facilities and special needs schools. After studying at a school for the disabled, in the current situation where people with severe disabilities have no choice but to live in a facility unless their family can care for them, he refused a facility because he wanted to live in the community, and at the age of 19 he started living independently in Kunitachi City. Since then, he has been involved in the movement for people with disabilities with his friends, and has been supporting the independence of people with disabilities with a history of 40 years of independent living in the community and movement for people with disabilities.
