Born December 29, 1981 in Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture. At the age of 14, due to a medical error, he suffered quadriplegia, visual impairment, swallowing impairment, and speech impairment, becoming severely disabled and confined to a wheelchair. For communication, use ``a, ka, sa, ta,'' speech. In 2008, joined the Department of Social Welfare, Faculty of Comprehensive Human Studies, Lutheran Gakuin University. In 2019, received a Ph.D. (Academic) from Ritsumeikan University Graduate School of Advanced Studies, Department of Advanced Studies. In 2020, Wawon was established as a general incorporated association and became the representative director. Engaged in support activities for people with severe disabilities. Visiting researcher at the Institute of Social Science, Chuo University. Visiting researcher at the Institute of Survival Studies, Ritsumeikan University. His major works include ``What is a life without being able to speak?'' (Seikatsu Shoin), ``Turning weakness into strength - What I can suddenly do as a person with multiple disabilities'' (Iwanami Shinsho), and ``I can't say it out loud - The only communication in the world'' (Seikatsu Shoin).
