Born on September 8, 1971 in Hanno City, Saitama Prefecture. After studying at Surugadai University's Faculty of Economics, he worked at Big Holiday Co., Ltd. and Akamon Gakushujuku Co., Ltd., before becoming the representative director of Akamonjuku Co., Ltd. in 2011. In addition to running a cram school, he is a member of the Hanno Fire Department and Junior Chamber of Commerce, and is actively involved in local activities. In 2013, he ran for the Hanno City Council election. He will serve for three terms until October 2020. As a city council member, he proposed the ``Hanno Housing System,'' a lifestyle with ``agriculture'' as a population growth and revitalization measure. Since its introduction, 69 families have relocated between 2016 and 2021. In addition, in 2018, he served as vice chairman of the Hanno City Council, and in 2019, he served as chairman of the wide area funeral home association council.
